This past weekend I attended Cartoon Networks annual “Hall of Game” awards in Los Angeles!!

Some of the world’s best athletes were in attendance, hit band Hot Chelle Rae performed & the show was hosted by the big man himself, Shaquille O’Neal (who arrived on stage via zipline haha)!

It was such an incredible event & I had such a great time; the kids in the crowd were so awesome!

Besides meeting some fun people, ( David Beckham, Tim Tebow, Nick Cannon etc ), one of the biggest highlights for me personally was having a chance to speak with the cast of one of my favorite & most hilarious shows on TV… Modern Family!

The best part of the night however, was when infamous Slider (the Cleveland Indians mascot) stole a kiss from me!! Now that’s hot! Lol

I loveee this record…. For one Rih Rih looks so hottttt…. But I also love that she’s added her signature vocal & style to a dance track. She’s such a versatile artist, right?!

Watching the stars arrive on the red carpet is always one of my favorite parts of any awards ceremony; I actually get excited about it lol! Last week the fashion at the 2012 Grammy awards was anything but a disappointment- it was nothing short of fabulous!!

Rihanna looked superrrr hot in a form-fitting black dress with a plunging neckline & low-scoop back. I love that she paired the look with statement- making accessories & flawless hair & make-up. She actually co-designed her dress with Armani- talk about multi-talented! Other people that stood out to me were Kelly Rowland, Kate Beckinsale & Paris Hilton… all looking super sexy!

Eating healthy is extremely important to me & I like to make sure that everything I put into my body is nutritious & good for me! I also happen love yummy dishes & one of the biggest myths about healthy eating is that healthy food can’t be equally as delicious as those calorie-loaded meals.

Here is an awesome, healthy & delicious recipe I tried last night & it was so delicious!! Add a side salad & you’ve got yourself a great & healthy evening meal.

Just a few lil’ tips that I swear by- It’s extremely important to steer clear of complex-carbohydrates & add more lean proteins to your diet. Protein is an excellent source of energy, is key in rebuilding the bodies cells & is the building blocks of the muscles. Chicken, fish, beans etc are great sources of lean protein! Also, be sure to include lots of fresh fruits & veggies to your diet, as they are natural sources of all the vitamins you need & are low in carbs ;)

It’s my belief that for those of us that work hard, whether at school or in our careers, that every now & then we have to treat ourselves!!!

One of my favorite treats: hitting up the spa!! I just loovveeeee the spa. I always leave feeling so relaxed & chilled out, not to mention fabulous!

California has a lot of super cool spas & also (a little tip) lots of the upscale hotels have fab spa’s inside the location, so that’s worth looking into as well.

Personally some of my most loved treatments are massage (so relaxing!), facials (you’ll be glowing after) & body scrubs (your skin feels soooo soft & touchable after-sexyyy).

I was in such shock & really saddened when I heard the news & I honestly still can’t believe it!

Whitney was such an inspiration to me & to so many others across the globe & she will always live on through her music! With so many hits, it’s impossible to pick a favorite, but one of the songs that will always be special to me is “I will always love you”. Such a classic love song, I was so moved by it when I first saw “The Bodyguard” & it’s still one of my favorite love songs today.
