As you all know, health and fitness is extremely important to me! I always make sure that I’m getting plenty of exercise and that I’m eating healthy and nutritious food (apart from the odd treat every now and then hehe).
People always ask me what my personal workout routine is…. Well, I love all types of physical activity… kickboxing, hiking, yoga etc… but as far as my set routine goes I make sure that I do at least 45 mins of cardio 5 times a week! On top of that I always add at least 20mins of weights/ strength training.
