Health and nutrition is extremely important to me; so I like to make sure that as much as possible, the food that I’m putting into my body is healthy…. & that I’m getting all the good vitamins, minerals & proteins that I need to stay lean & energized!
One of my favoooorrrite things to eat is Sushi!! For one, it’s absolutely delicious, & I love the wide variety of flavors on offer, but also, because it is extremely healthy!
The thin, toasted seaweed sheets, used in rolled sushi are high in Vitamin A, B-complex, Niacin & Vitamin C. It’s also really good for digestion! The various fish or meats used in sushi are excellent sources of protein & minerals. It’s perfect, because whether you’re eating vegetarian sushi or it is mixed with fish, either way you’ll be eating the nutrients you look for in a healthy diet!
I live in LA where there are some fabbbbulous sushi restaurants… which is perfect, because then even when I’m treating myself to a nice dinner out, I can still stay healthy 😉
Two of my fav sushi restaurants are Nobu & Koi… if you’re ever in LA you should try them!
