OMG guys, I just got back from a killer workout & I’m feeling so great!! I just love that feeling after a workout…. Where your legs feel like noodles & your tummy feels nice & tight!

Today I did some intense cardio, followed by lifting some free weights & then closed it out with a good ab workout! A belly-fat blasting ab workout is one of my fav things to do ☺

    I agree, but I think of laying on the ground and try to touch your toes or have your legs straight (still on the ground) try to do the alphabet, with you legs. Learn this from a Marine, it stings for awhile, but does the job. Oh, could never get past six letters at a time and hurts like hak.
