After the 30 minutes to 1 hour has elasped , drink a lot of freshly made “POMERGRANATE JUICE” ( at least 3 very very big sparkling red sweet grained pomergranates ) . Then after around 10 ~ 15 minutes , attempt the “single armed sidewards right angled hanging” .

Whilst doing a “single arm frontwards right angled hanging” your other hand’s palm should be put over your performing hands biceps to bring about “extra resistence” onto your performing hand’s elbow joint and sholuder joint .
Having microwaved Gouda cheese untill the Gouda cheese becomes soft and eating while hot within two slices of bread with a good amount of chilly tomato ketchup or only tomato ketchup ( if you don’t like the spicy chilly ) on only one of the two slices of bread is also a very good diet to perform “single armed frontwards right angled hanging” .
I more than certainly love to see you perform some very good and effective “UPPER-CUTS” and also some very solid “LATERAL HOOKS” both of what are scored upon the body and to the jaw .

Please start using the French TKO more often, because when you first hit it on Beth Phoenix, I finally believed that you were such an amazing wrestler and you can truly compete with someone as strong as Beth, and beat her quite easily.
I love the French TKO, you should try to incorporate it more in your matches. Right now, you have the DDT, which is nice…but you need a few more moves in your arsenal
